Managing DirectorStribo Ltd conducted fire risk assessments at three of my HMO’s. They made it a simple process, by booking them all on one day, even though they were in different areas. Jim is very knowledgeable and straightforward. He arrived promptly, gathered the information needed and explained any necessary improvements. I was sent the paperwork within a couple of days. I would highly recommend him.

Simon Smith
DirectorI am a residential landlord. Stribo Ltd completed several Fire Risk Assessments of our HMO's. We were very pleased with the fire risk assessment service provided. Jim was polite, highly knowledgeable, and conducted the inspection in a thorough and professional manner. They took the time to explain their findings clearly and offered helpful advice afterwards on how we could further improve our fire safety measures. Being able to contact Jim for advice was very reassuring. The report was detailed and easy to understand. I would happily recommend their services.
